  • Pia Heidenmark Cook â€“ experienced board director and sustainability leader, best known for her role as Chief Sustainability Officer at IKEA/Ingka Group. She brings over two decades of leadership in integrating sustainability into global business strategy. Pia serves on several corporate boards and advisory councils, and is the author of â€œEmbedding Sustainability: How to drive organizational transformation” (2024).
  • Peter Ahlström â€“ leads A. Ahlström Real Estate Ltd, the real estate arm of A. Ahlström Oy, managing a diversified portfolio valued at over €400 million — including real estate, forestry, and hospitality assets  . With more than 30 years of leadership experience across the Nordic region and Central Europe, he is recognized for his long-term strategic vision, values-driven management, and ability to foster high-performing teams.
  • Anne Gram – board member/ investment professional with a passion for sustainability. Anne’s mission is to use her experience to help large investors generate robust and sustainable returns and thereby also helping direct capital flows sustainably to contribute to the well-being of the planet and future generations. Anne has over 30 years of work experience in the financial sector, having worked as portfolio manager and Chief Investment Officer at large asset managers, including Robeco, ABN Amro Asset Management, and Fortis Mees Pierson. She subsequently served a large number of institutional investors, often as board and/or investment committee member at pension funds in Europe, including current positions at Future Ireland Funds, Danish ATP, pension funds of the doctors (SPH), ING, Hal, United Pensions and Fonds1818. Additionally, she is on the supervisory and advisory boards of organisations active in impact, climate and biodiversity investing.
  • Alice Gregoriadi – Board Director, Management Consultant, Blockchain & DeFi enthusiast and Startup advisor with over thirty years international experience in executive MD roles in the Financial Institutions industry. iNED, Chair of the Board Digital & Transformation committee, member of the Audit and Remunerations committees at Eurobank S.A. and Eurobank Holdings;  Board member of Climate Governance Initiative – Greece; Founding member of the Hellenic Blockchain Hub; Affiliate partner at True North Partners; Mentor at Startup Bootcamp, Imperial College and various Greek incubators and accelerators. Previously: led businesses in corporate and investment banking at Citigroup, ABN Amro, RBS and JPMorgan; held board directorships at the Hellenic Growth Fund, CHAPS & IBOS.
