Boards Supervision of AI: Ethics, Cyber Resilience and Ecosystem Compliance

Tuesday, 9 June 2026 | 08:00–09:30 CET | Online

This webinar is part of the Board Oversight of Responsible AI for Value Creation programme by Boards Impact Forum. Attendance is exclusively for registered and enrolled participants. Registration deadline: 22 May 2026.

As AI becomes deeply embedded in business operations, the stakes for getting governance right have never been higher. Boards that focus only on AI’s opportunities — without building robust supervision capabilities — risk exposing their organisations to ethical failures, regulatory breaches, and cyber threats that can move faster than any traditional risk framework was designed to handle.

This live session explores how boards can build the competence and structures needed to supervise AI responsibly — covering ethics and regulation, cyber resilience in an AI era, and compliance across complex digital ecosystems. It is grounded in the Springer-published book AI Leadership for Boards — Leading Responsible AI for Value Creation, and in academic research developed with Chalmers University of Technology, Stockholm School of Economics, and reviewed by MIT and INSEAD.

The webinar is interactive and peer-driven, consistent with the programme’s blended learning format combining self-paced online modules, live sessions, AI-powered boardroom simulations, and an optional full-day in Stockholm.
