This webinar is part of the Board Oversight of Responsible AI for Value Creation programme by Boards Impact Forum. Attendance is exclusively for registered and enrolled participants. Registration deadline: 22 May 2026.
About this session
AI is reshaping every industry — and boards can no longer afford to stay on the sidelines. This live webinar brings enrolled participants together with expert speakers for a focused, interactive session on one of the most pressing questions facing boards today: how do you actively guide your organisation’s AI capabilities, not just observe them from a distance?
The session explores how boards can take a proactive role in shaping data strategy, driving AI-enabled innovation, and governing collaborative ecosystems — moving from passive oversight to confident, strategic leadership.
Grounded in the Springer-published book AI Leadership for Boards — Leading Responsible AI for Value Creation, and built on academic research developed with Chalmers University of Technology, Stockholm School of Economics, and reviewed by MIT and INSEAD, this programme gives board directors the frameworks, tools, and peer exchange they need to lead with authority in an AI-driven world.
The webinar is interactive and peer-driven — consistent with the programme’s broader blended learning format, which combines self-paced online modules, live sessions, AI-powered boardroom simulations, and an optional full-day in Stockholm.
