As AI reshapes every industry, board directors can no longer afford to stay on the sidelines.
This is your opportunity to build the knowledge, tools, and confidence to govern AI responsibly — and to do it alongside a network of peers who understand the boardroom.
Our research-based program is built on the book AI Leadership for Boards, published by Springer Nature, developed in collaboration with Chalmers University of Technology, Stockholm School of Economics, and reviewed by MIT and INSEAD. It is designed specifically for non-executive directors, chairs, and corporate secretaries — by people who sit on boards themselves.
This program is fully online. Certification is achieved through the online modules, quizzes, and live webinars alone. The full day in Stockholm is optional — for those who want to go deeper and connect in person.
