The program follows the eight Climate Governance Principles from World Economic Forum, includes Learning at an interactive online platform with 24 Online Content Rich Modules, three Quizz Tests, three Live Peer Exchanges, a Personal Reflection and Intervention plan, and covers Reflection of both the participants own capabilities as well as the board(s) capabilities within the Sustainability and ESG areas in
> Board’s accountability, competence and effectiveness
> Board’s assessment of risk & opportunities with related strategy integration and transition plans
> Board’s actions on incentivization, reporting and disclosure
> Board’s ensurance of stakeholder exchanges
The certification is reviewed and confirmed by Boards Impact Forum , the Nordic Chapter of Climate Governance Initiative in collaboration with World Economic Forum , and its partners Scandinavian Executive Institute, Digoshen and Next Agents, and certifies that the participant has engaged in a significant part of the program, achieved the tests and developed a personal reflection and intervention plan with at least five interventions for its board(s).
