Boards Impact Forum founder and chairwoman recognized among top 100 professionals globally in Modern Governance
A global jury of industry experts together with the SaaS Governance Risk and Compliance provider Diligent, recognized Boards Impact Forums Founder Liselotte Engstam in the Environmental Social Governance, ESG, and Diversity Trailblazer category in in the 2021 annual global Modern Governance top 100 list.
The jury recognized Ms Engstam’s outstanding commitment to enable an increase in diversity and operationalize ESG in her organizations and across the industry.
Boards Impact Forum is the Nordic Chapter of the Climate Governance Initiative, in collaboration with World Economic Forum. It is established to engage board directors in Nordics and internationally to accelerate climate actions and innovation for more sustainable business and a sustainable world. The initiative is off to a strong start and is proud to see the recognition for its chairwoman in a global context.

The global panel of expert judges have recognized Liselotte’s outstanding commitment to increase diversity and operationalize ESG across her engagements and appointed her in the ESG & Diversity Trailblazer category.
Liselotte engagements includes her role as independent director at listed and private companies in several countries, including chairwoman roles. Besides the Chairwoman for Boards Impact Forum, she is a board member of the Global Climate Governance Initiative in collaboration with World Economic Forum. Liselotte is also the founder of Digoshen, facilitating academic research, authoring books, and enabling board network training and exchanges across the globe.
