Strategic integration of sustainability, accelerated by engaged and active owners
How can the value creation agenda be improved and accelerated through proactive owners and their engagement with the board?

The Nordic region has many companies in the forefront when it comes to strategic integration of sustainability. In many cases, active and engaged owners ensure that their companies work with both the risks and the opportunities related to climate change, and other sustainability issues. A key success factor is stakeholder dialogue and engagement.

This webinar focusses on Climate Governance Principle 8 and the exchange between shareholders, other stakeholders, and the board with the purpose to accelerate the climate and sustainability agenda.

INSEAD Professor Morten Bennedsen will introduce the topic. A panel of progressive Nordic Family Business Owners and Board members will share some of their unique insights, frameworks, and examples from their trailblazing journeys.
