The updated research was developed with support from the Internetstiftelsen (Swedish Internet Foundation) in 2024 and 2025. Additionally, it aligns with the World Economic Forum Governance Principles and is enhanced with dedicated sections on Sustainability and AI.

Led by experienced non-executive directors and corporate governance experts, the content is both strategically focused and immediately applicable to the challenges faced in today’s boardrooms.
To get certified, each participant needs to:
– Complete at least 50% of the lessons on the platform and attend the full day in person.
– Complete all the quizzes on the platform at the end of each section.
– Submit a final survey with your reflections/ interventions on how to apply the new knowledge.
