This webinar is part of the Board Oversight of Responsible AI for Value Creation programme by Boards Impact Forum. Attendance is exclusively for registered and enrolled participants. Registration deadline: 22 May 2026
About this session
This is the closing live session of the programme — and the one that brings everything together. Where the previous webinars focused on guiding AI operations and supervising governance, this session zooms out to the strategic view: how do boards lead their organisations through AI-driven transformation with confidence, clarity, and long-term purpose?
Drawing on the Boards 4AI Strategic Leadership Framework and the Springer-published book AI Leadership for Boards — Leading Responsible AI for Value Creation, the session explores how boards can embed AI into corporate strategy, cultivate AI-literate leadership, prepare their organisations for workforce transformation, and drive the kind of systemic change that creates lasting value.
This is not about technology for its own sake. It is about boards stepping fully into their role as strategic leaders — setting the ambition, asking the right questions, and positioning their organisations to thrive in an AI-driven world.
The webinar is interactive and peer-driven, grounded in academic research developed with Chalmers University of Technology, Stockholm School of Economics, and reviewed by MIT and INSEAD.
A special note for this session
This webinar coincides with the programme’s optional full-day networking event in Stockholm (09:00–17:00 CET). Participants joining in person in Stockholm will attend the webinar live as part of the full day, which also includes case discussions, peer exchange, and networking with fellow board directors and thought leaders. If you are unable to travel to Stockholm, you can join the webinar online as usual — you will not miss the session content.
