Presenter Bios

Professor Jonas Gabrielsson of business administration of Business, Innovation and Sustainability at Halmstad University (Sweden) . With expertise spanning areas such as entrepreneurship, strategic management, and organizational behavior. The research appears in management and entrepreneurship journals, focusing on topics such as academic and technology-intensive entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, and corporate governance practices in small, privately held companies. Chair at Wallbergskolan.

Dr Stephanie Woerner is Director and Principal Research Scientist at the Center for Information Systems Research (CISR) at the MIT Sloan School of Management.  Co-authors on papers like “It Pays to Have a Digitally Savvy Board,” and “Does Your C-Suite Have Enough Digital Smarts?” in Sloan Management Review and books like “What’s Your Digital Business Model?” and “Future Ready: The four pathways to capturing digital value.”

Birger Steen is an experienced board director and executive. He is currently Board Chair at Nordic Semiconductor ASA and Pagero Group AB (publ.), and serves on the boards of Nordea Bank Abp, where he chairs the Operations and Sustainability Committee, and Pragmatic Semiconductor LLC. Birger currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of FREYR Battery, as well as Director of the Board of FREYR Battery Norway. Prior to his CEO role Birger was a Thematic Partner at Summa Equity, CEO of Parallels Inc., WW Vice President of Distribution & SMB at Microsoft Corp, CEO at Scandinavia Online AS (publ.), VP at Schibsted ASA and a consultant at McKinsey & Co. Steen holds an MBA from INSEAD as well as a degree from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTNU).

Ingrid Stenmark is an experienced non-executive board director, chair and advisor with a portfolio of publicly listed, PE and Startup technology companies across Scandinavia and Europe, including Transtema, Eurofiber, Modlcell, Myrspoven, Truecore et al. Background as Senior Executive and part of Management Team at Telia.
