Leading Through the Uncertainty of AI – INSEAD Professor Nathan Furr

AI is moving fast. The question is: how do you lead when you cannot predict what comes next?

On 11 November, together with the Scandinavian Executive Institute, we are bringing INSEAD Professor Nathan Furr to Stockholm for an afternoon focused on Leading Through the Uncertainty of AI.

AI is accelerating the pace of change and creating a world where leaders can no longer rely on traditional approaches to managing change. Rather than facing change as a series of individual events, leaders increasingly need to build the ability to navigate continuous change and uncertainty.

In this session, we will explore how leaders can develop their uncertainty ability—the capacity to remain effective, make decisions and identify opportunities when the path ahead is unclear.

We will explore four practical categories of tools:

  • Reframe – Shift your perspective on uncertainty from something threatening to a source of possibility and innovation.
  • Prime – Understand your natural strengths and weaknesses when dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Do – Apply the tools and behaviours used by innovators to learn, experiment and adapt when the way forward is unclear.
  • Sustain – Develop the resilience and mindset needed to remain effective when things inevitably go differently than expected.

With AI adding a new layer of speed, complexity and uncertainty to an already changing business environment, these capabilities are becoming increasingly important for leaders at every level.

And this is not just about listening to a keynote. You will have the opportunity to discuss, challenge and exchange perspectives with other senior leaders – and reflect on what AI means for your own organisation.

Why not bring a colleague?

Join us together, get the same perspectives and continue the conversation when you are back at work.
